This is a very small net, though there is a view to influencing many people beginning a global network of down to earth folk who not only care for the world we live in, but do something beneficial towards restoring feelings of our bond with nature.

The last few years for the group has been tough, especially in relation to our star project 'the farm'. Drought, skyrocketing fuel prices and the global terrorist hype has all but stopped the flow of visitors to 'earthfiXia'. Thankfully though, our efforts in bush regeneration work over twenty years have paid off. Native birds and animals are enjoying a thriving climate out on the farm. Attending regular committee meetings essential to organisations has always been awkward for us, so during the lull it was decided to try and start meeting on line. This way we can get to know one another better, more often, plan well into the future and open up more opportunities for international participation as well. The ultimate software for the job has finally arrived. We're toying around with yahoo messenger and yugma the ultimate in desktop sharing collaboration software.
